Dear Friends,


From time to time, a sensationalist press seems to discover the secret of life in a hormone, a plasma, gene, or other gimmick that serves to underline the enormous complexity of the secret.
This substance, force, inner energy, or power is very likely a part, a very small part, of a larger enigma, inscrutable as it ever was.

The power of your mind and the energy it generates creates the circumstances and changes of the life your are living now.
You alone can make these changes, but it must be your own choice, made by your own free will.

As you read this you say to yourself, “easy to say but I am working like a slave, and living like a stray dog?” And to top it off, “my boss doesn’t get off my back.”
Relax, you don’t need to obsess.
Let your positive energy work for you.
You have the power, use it.

Your boss, your partner, your friends or acquaintances are not responsible for the life you are living. Take a closer look at your beliefs, expectations, and reevaluate your situation and life.
Being responsible for your thoughts and actions is what I call spirituality. And it should work for you not against you.

If you are the type who takes work home in the evening and week end, start by changing this dreadful habit. You are driving on the wrong lane.
If the work wasn’t done when you were at the office, there is something wrong with your use of time, or you are doing the work of two people.

You may have a mortgage to pay, a loan, a car, partner at home, kids at school, etc. the majority of people do. The majority of people don’t work double.
You are creating stress… Stress will disrupt your family life, and divorces are closely related to it, but stress is also a major cause of heart disease, weight problems, depression and many other unnecessary life aggravations.
Success, wealth and quality time don’t require that you lose your family and personal life.

Here are a few things I suggest you do, while you reassess and reorganize your schedule.

If you commute home, use this time to relax, clear your mind and visualize scripts for a positive life change.

If you drive home enjoy your favorite music and avoid catching the news
as much as you can; you don’t need more negative energy.

If you walk to work look for different routes, rediscovering your neighborhood. It will take your mind away from the daily routine and expand the horizon of possible new encounters and circumstances.

At home engage in conversation with your child or partner, or call friends.
Go out for a coffee with an old friend or your partner instead of watching television.

Smile more often, and you will see people smiling back at you.
Try this non-judgmental, smiling approach with your companion, your co-worker, that member of your family with whom you are a little distant, your grocer.
Do it every day, and see the chain reaction taking place.
See how happiness is taking root.

Repeat three times when you get up and before you go to bed:
I deserve to be happy, I deserve to receive all the love I can get.

Make a point of not accepting negative thoughts,
they will influence your actions.
I love this quote from James Allen, “ A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts.”

Will all of this get your boss off your back? Yes, and since you have nothing to lose go try it.
I can also assure you that the new positive energy you are sending out will move him out of your way and will give you strength to assert yourself in all other areas.

Once this positive new journey starts, the other obstacles will simply dissipate.
Remember that every journey starts with one single step.
After you get used to the practice of these relaxing techniques you will wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.
